Relax in your own one acre spacious modern log home in a lake community. “The Hidaway” is located at the heart of Lake Anna region on an acre property. It offers you a warm and inviting ambiance where one can forget the hassle and bustle of the city. It is a 10 minute drive from Lake Anna State Park and a 8 minute walk to the water. There are plenty of water activities available, from boating, motor to paddle boarding. There are cozy restaurants located on the water with great tasting food. The Hideaway has 3 main bedrooms upstairs with 2 rooms in the basement. The “Lory Room” is the master bedroom (#1) with its own full bathroom. The “Kevin Room” (#2) has a walk-in to the deck. The “April Room” (#3) is surrounded by serene woods. Downstairs is the “Juan Room” which has a trundle bed and the “Sam Room” has a queen and full bed.

Lester has a great set up here. we played basketball, roasted smores, cooked steaks on the grill from a local butcher. looking forward to next time!
A good, clean place near beautiful Lake Anna
A lovely getaway and a chance to explore Lake Anna with our family. The house is really nicely appointed with great little touches everywhere that make you feel welcome - so much so I’m half tempted to get a lake house of our own just like it! We also benefited from great communication, quick responses and helpful suggestions to make the most of our weekend.

Wonderful stay-- cabin was as described and thoughtfully decorated to meet the needs of guests, hosts were accommodating, welcoming, and friendly and the location was near the lake.

Parking is located on our property and there are 2 gates for the entire entrance, upon arrival I will forward gate codes.
