Views of the Lake from Almost Every Window! Included is an extra 600 sq ft cottage that has been completely renovated for your enjoyment with a pool table. Utilized as a gaming room & yoga studio! There is a pullout sofa as well for extra guests with a bathroom a few steps away in the main house! There is a main house with 3 bedrooms on the upper level including a primary bedroom & bath and another full bath in the hall. Then there is a family room in the lower level with a daybed, couch, table and full bath. In addition, there is a cottage that can be used as a game room,. It has a pool table and a pull-out sofa. There is no bathroom in the cottage but one can be accessed a few steps away in the lower level of the main house.

This was my first lakeside Airbnb! I had rented it out for me and a bunch of friends for my recital and this place was lovely and peaceful. Wonderful for the sale we had it for as well. Carl was so helpful and even prepared a document for the guests to look through which I've never seen before! If I ever come back to the area I'll definitely look at coming back here :)
We had a great time at Carl's lake home! You are less than 15 min from downtown Peekskill for great restaurants but completely secluded when at the home. The lake is beautiful and in the summer we would have loved using the kayaks! The home has a nice layout and plenty of beds for a group. Being pet friendly is a huge plus and our pup loved roaming the yard when we were outside. I would def stay again and highly recommend!
Just getting away for some me time! Carl's place was just the ticket The house is everything on the add I specifically enjoyed the gym/game/relaxing room outside in the Lil building! the lake is beautiful and at night the houses are lite up and shines in the water! I appreciate that! thank you

I love this place. Felt super peaceful. Beautiful place. Felt like i was at home. Carl was great. He was always there with any questions i had for him he will reply in a timely manner. I will definitely come back again.

We really enjoy renting it out to travelers like yourself. It’s a great spot to discover the area because our home is on the border of Putnam and Westchester Counties! We are conveniently located to Manhattan so you can spend a day in NY City! There is so much to do with Trails, Parks, Ice Cream Parlors, Breweries & Restaurants in Peekskill which is 15 minutes away. Clarence Fahnestock Park & Beach, the Appalachian Trail, Big Woods Trailhead and Bear Mountain Park are all within 20 minutes from the home. The Village of Cold Spring with antique shops, Ice Cream Parlor – aka Moo Moos Creamery & Restaurants are 25 minutes from the home. Also, close to West Point, Peekskill Waterfront, Blue Mountain State Park, Harriman State Park & FDR Park. Beaches for swimming are Canopus Lake and Veterans Memorial Park.
