Welcome to “The Ponderosa” our luxurious 5 bedroom / 3 full bathroom cabin located on the 4th fairway of the private Pinetop Country Club golf course. This gorgeous cabin is new to the rental market and features many amenities including an open great room floor plan, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, large-covered patio, hot tub, BBQ grill and firepit. NOTE: Outdoor patio heaters are not available. Welcome to “The Ponderosa” our luxurious 5 bedroom / 3 full bathroom cabin located on the 4th fairway of the private Pinetop Country Club golf course. This gorgeous cabin is new to the rental market and features many amenities including an open great room floor plan, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, large covered patio, BBQ grill and firepit. The Ponderosa is a wonderful place to gather with friends and family in the cool pines! Once you step inside you will experience leather sofas and a recliner in the large great room with a wood burning fireplace and expansive views of the golf course. A custom wood dining table can accommodate 8-10 guests with room for 3 additional guests at the breakfast nook. The kitchen is a chefs dream with all stainless-steel appliances including gas stove/oven and high-end cookware. With five bedrooms that can accommodate up to 13 sleeping guests, The Ponderosa is perfect for large groups or families. The main floor has 3 King bedrooms including the primary. Upstairs you will find a 4th King bedroom along with a large room great for children with 1 King bed and 3 twins. All bedrooms have plush bedding and flat screen smart TVs. During the summer months the patio is where you will want to be! The covered patio runs the entire length of the home and features custom Sunbrella furniture along with an additional custom wood dining table with seating for 8 guests! Just off the covered patio you will find a large yard with firepit and hot tub to enjoy. The large yard is a great place for kids to enjoy the outdoors and play a game of tether ball, enjoy the hammocks or spend the afternoon on the tree swing. Keep in mind The Ponderosa is a wonderful year-round getaway with Sunrise Ski Resort just 30 miles away! We really enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The kids really enjoyed the swing and outdoor toys. Would definitely stay here again!
Walking Women of Grace is beyond pleased with the experience we received from renting this Airbnb. The cabin was all around beautiful and spacious. Accommodating a party of ten and still having room was phenomenal. We really appreciated that the cabin had everything we needed. There is a Full kitchen, extra sheets and blankets. We also loved the unique of the furniture. This cabin was a beautiful modern 5 bedroom 3 bathroom. Plenty of patio space to relax and enjoy the scenery. If you are looking for a relaxing environment this it. We appreciate that they thought of everything we need. Even a closet of board games the patio has outside lights and extra blankets to snuggle and keep warm. We enjoyed walking to the lake to see the views. We experienced everything God intended for us to. Thank you for allowing us to have our Annual Retreat.
We have stayed in vacation rentals for over 20 years. This place was by far the most welcoming! It felt like everything in the home was there especially for us! There was a welcome tray with snacks. The kitchen had luxury appliances and everything we needed. All the beds and bedding were comfy and cozy. They had Roku for movies. Lots of fun games inside and outside. We had invited our children and grandchildren to come up and stay with us. We had everything we needed and more. We had so much fun! The setting was absolutely beautiful. We went horseback riding. One day we walked down to a beautiful little lake close by. The cabin was spacious and beautifully decorated! We were truly in a cabin in the woods! Restaurants nearby were great. The Pasta House and Darby's were our favorites. Marc was especially wonderful to work with! We absolutely loved everything about this stay! We can't wait to return again next year! This place is exactly what a perfect vacation destination should be!

The property is in the Exclusive Pinetop Country Club.
The community has 2 golf courses ... Pinetop Lakes PUBLIC course and Pinetop Country club PRIVATE course. (Our property sits on the private course. Unfortunately, we don't get golf membership/passes).
The property is about a 10 minute ride from downtown Pinetop. There are plenty of local restaurants and coffee places in the downtown area. Darbi’s cafe, Charlie Clark’s steakhouse, The Pasta house, Munich Haus Grill-N-Beergarden, Mr. Zeke’s restaurant are just a few of our favorite places to eat out.
Since we are so close to the forest, there’s quick access to hike, bike/ATV and horse back riding on many trails. Also, the area has many lakes for opportunity to fish, kayak. Etc. Hawley Lake, Big Lake, Fool Hollow Lake, Woodland Lake are our favs.
Parking available in large paved circular driveway. Park up to 5 vehicles
