This place is the PERFECT location!!! Beautiful oceanfront view & the beach wasn’t crowded at all. My husband and I enjoyed walking the beach to the boardwalk & exploring the area. A previous review mentioned the pool being dirty, but it was perfectly clean for our stay! Not huge, but never crowded & served its purpose well. Parking was never an issue. Overall, I highly recommend this listing! I would definitely come stay again!

The best part of the visit was that this part of Carolina Beach was incredible. The unit itself was okay. We had the basics to get by and things were easy to find. The outdoor patio seemed unsafe- some boards felt rotted through the carpet. But, the view was incredible. The ac struggled in the living room during peak hours. The other rooms cooled off better than the main room. The property management was very responsive when we had issues. There were a few issues- like we got blocked in the parking space for over an hour and had to track down the owner, which was ridiculous to do on a vacation. The parking is defective. You have to share a long space with other units who may block you in and not answer the phone or door. When the toilet backed up, the property management let the plumber in without arranging the correct time with us, which was upsetting bc our valuables were out. Overall, probably will not return since price was high for this type of experience.

Nice place, very clean and comfortable. Great view of the beach. A few things to note. The biggest is that the unit is on the third floor with no elevator (about 36 stairs). My wife is 8 months pregnant so the stair climbing was a bit tough, and something that should probably be made clear in the listing. Anyone with mobility issues would have trouble. For the rate we paid (roughly $500/night after all taxes and fees off-season), I would have expected more amenities. We were provided one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom and I’m sure the quality of t.p. in prison is much better 😂 We were also allotted one roll of paper towels, and one trash bag. I’ve never seen an airbnb so stingy on the basics. They did let us know about all this ahead of time so we were able to bring our own supplies. But again, for the money we paid, not great. Lastly, the pool is gross and small, would not consider it a perk of staying here. Overall though we had a very nice stay and the unit is pleasant.

The location is perfect. Right on the most beautiful beach and walkable distance to the boardwalk and restaurants. The parking situation was a little confusing at first. You have to jostle cars with other renters to get into your assigned spot. But once we parked, we didn’t need to use our car again for a few days so it all worked out. The condo is clean and up to date. Beds were comfy. We loved our stay!
