Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. You'll have sole use of a new stylish and cosy apartment in a private lane with direct access to local walks. Ideally located close to The South Downs National Park, and West Sussex's many attractions such as Goodwood, Parham House, Knepp Castle and Arundel. A short drive to the stunning coast line, and a 2 minute walk to a great local pub, The Roundabout Hotel and a bus stop which serves Worthing & Midhurst. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, shower room, open plan lounge kitchen diner and separate bedroom. The shower room is on the ground floor, with stairs to the rest of the apartment. The apartment sits above our detached 3 bay garage. The garage is used solely for our cars, however garaging can be arranged for classic and specialist cars strictly by arrangement.

Great place - perfect for 2 people plus 2 dogs. Everything you need plus nice and warm! Great location to access South Downs or numerous beaches on the south coast. Clare got in touch to check everything was OK (it was!). Would use again.
What an amazing place. This property is presented immaculately and from my initial contact before booking and throughout my stay Clare and David were on hand if needed. I would recommend this to anyone without hesitation.
We were attending a friend's party in the same village as Clare’s lovely Airbnb and looking for somewhere to stay. Clare was very accommodating and helpful. Welcome to Pixies! Our home in West Chiltington. Acorns is a self contained apartment at Pixies, located on a private lane in a semi rural location.
A bus stop is a 2 minute walk from the house. Pulborough Train Station is 5 minutes by car. Local taxis are available but pre booking is essential. The hosts can by arrangement also assist with transport.
