Originally designed for my parents, the suite has fully stocked and updated the kitchen, an ADA compliant stand-up shower, an adjustable queen-size bed, a dining table, and a peaceful side porch. Cathedral ceilings Make the space seem so much larger and more comfortable. Located only 3 miles to the city of Providence and 2 miles to the casino in Lincoln. We welcome couples or single individuals to our home. The house is not suitable to entertain guests or host parties or events. The home is perfect for couples or a single individual, It has a fully equipped kitchen with a d a bathroom, queen sized adjustable bed, living, and dining area. We do ask that you do not bring guests into our home.

Gerald was an amazing host! He was friendly, kind and checked on us to make sure everything was smooth! When we walked in there was smooth jazz playing! My mom and I really enjoyed that touch! It was such a nice quaint, quiet space! Everything was superrrrr clean! Not a dusty or dirty thing in sight. The bed was extremely comfortable and all of the linens were fresh and clean. We felt right at home! I would totally recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay in RI! Thanks again Gerald! I will be back!
Gerald was great in helping me arrive, it was late and dark and he still gave me a call. Was able to grill steaks which was perfect!

We are living in what would be considered the suburbs. Houses are fairly close together yet still have privacy.
There are several restaurants that are in close proximity, as well as supermarkets and convenience stores. If you have a car, the area is very easy to navigate. If not, there is always public transportation, Uber, and/or Lyft.

Hi my name is Jerry, I am 60 years old and a small business owner/entrepreneur. My wife Julie and I are currently hosting STRs in North Providence, Pawtucket and Warwick. We truly love the experience each new guest has brought to us and feel it is fostering a sense of community on a global level. We are also Hoping to add to our upcoming retirement While doing something we enjoy.
