Overall very good property and well worth the money My only feedback is the back Right bedroom was a little damp and humid Also the curb appeal and first impression doesn’t match the apt Looked a like run down from outside But the apt is Beautiful !

Place was immaculate, and obviously just renovated. Everything was as expected and advertised. Very nice place. The location from downtown is a bit far (esp for the price), but it was as advertised, so we weren't suprised. Ubers into State College were availabe, but took a while

Loved it SO MUCH! What a beautiful, spacious & clean apartment it was! My only regret was not being there longer & having to work so I wasn’t able to enjoy the amazing location. I will definitely stay again!
