1. Peaceful. 2. Homely. 3. Comfy beds. 4. Good walks We've done a few static caravans and this one stood out as a 'home' not a property, both in terms of decor and cleanliness. Well appointed, cosey lounge, with smart tv and large sofa. We lit all the candles and fairy lights every evening! Kitchen had all we needed, plus there's a larder that we were allowed to dip into. We lucked out with some homemade marmalade. Beds were super comfy, plus we used the sofa bed which worked well for a large teenager! The caravan park itself was good, although we didn't have much reason to interact with it much - and the pool was great. And we loved that our place was overlooking the amazing view. Beautiful! The Ribble Valley is worth exploring. Jeffry Hill was a great walk, as was Parlick - we caught it in the snow which was beautiful - both easy to find on internet map apps. And Blackpool is 30mins away. Derby Arms does good food, sainsburys is 5mins away

We loved our stay here with the spacious and clean lounge/dining area making an immediate positive impression after a long drive. Warm lighting (including fairy lights) and candles made for a cosy lounge. Kitchen had all the essential supplies and I even knocked up a roast dinner while there! Two toilets were super helpful for our family of 4 and the shower had decent pressure and temperature. The kids loved their twin room with surprise tubs of Lego under the bed! Our double room had a v comfy mattress so we slept really well. Location is well connected into surrounding area with trips to towns such as Preston, Blackburn, Blackpool, Liverpool etc all easily made along with Lancashire countryside in every direction.
