Kennedy Town is a wonderful neighbourhood with a “village” vibe. There's a bunch of "influencer-style" cafes, and an array of delicious restaurants, bars, cha chaan tengs (HK-style diners), and supermarkets all within walking distance. A promenade is nearby where you can take a relaxing walk or an invigorating run, and see HK locals walking their dogs or admiring the sunset view. Depending on your fitness level, you can hike to Victoria Peak in about 1 hour!

From the apartment it's just a 5 minute walk to Kennedy Town MTR (metro/subway); about 15 min via MTR to Central; about 60 min to the airport; and tram, bus, and taxi stand are right outside the building.
