We stay in lots of AirBnBs in the US and other countries. Damien’s wife place was by far the best one yet! What stood out most was how clean it was. We are admittedly germophobes and very critical of anywhere we stay because we have a toddler and our own home is spotless. But we could not find a single thing out of place at Damien’s home. We appreciated all the thoughtful touches and amenities such as lots of towels, the fireplace and step by step instructions for using it, the coffee and sparkling water. The decor was really nice! I honestly cannot find a single thing negative to say about this place! Damien was also very responsive. We loved reading about the history of the home as well in the binder he left in the kitchen. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Chicago!

We had some issues come up during our stay that were out of Damien’s control but he went above and beyond in handling them. I would recommend stay at Damien’s place to anyone. He is an excellent host.

Damien's place is not only as described with fun amenities like the sauna, surround sound Bluetooth audio (which is connected to every room!), real wood fireplace etc etc but has lots of thoughtful touches like live plants, multiple hooks for clothes in both bedrooms, additional portable fans and heaters in closets and much more. Damien is super communicative and gives off a fun, cheerful vibe. The place is walkable from the closest train station and we regretted staying in a downtown hotel the first 3 days of our Chicago trip as we could've easily stayed here and taken a train. Plenty of street parking and a peaceful neighborhood. Loved staying here! Thanks, Damien!

We felt at home from the minute we walked into Damien’s place!! The pictures do not do it justice! Damien has thought of everything we could have possibly needed. We loved our stay so much that it was hard to leave when we did. We can’t wait to stay again. Thank you!
