The place was great. Easy to get to, clean, responsive host. A LOT of rules and a lot of communication but overall that didn’t bother us at all and we enjoyed our stay.

Monica was amazing super helpful and always responsive and attentive. I wish we were able to enjoy the backyard more but the city rules didn’t allow any use of fire pit or grill. The hot-tub on the other hand was perfect. We all fit with lots of space. Thank you Monica

Monica’s place was charming and cozy. Everything was clean and accurate, just like in her photos. My family of 7 slept comfortably. Although we didn’t have time to utilize her backyard, it was beautiful and the jacuzzi was bigger than I imagined. I also appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was in the mornings. The next time I visit Seal beach, I will definitely stay here!

Overall the stay was decent and the hot tub was the highlight. Be prepared for a lot of house rules and over communication from the hosts. I did not receive access to the house until I completed a call with them a couple hours before my arrival (only to repeat house rules that I was sent multiple times already). Other than that the place was clean, but could have used more towels. Also note, there was no salt, pepper, oil, etc.. even though we were told before we got there to help ourselves to it – bring your own!
