I'm an ICU Clinical Nurse Manager with a 4/2 house that I rent out. Unfortunately, I no longer lease individual rooms after a couple of previous guests did not follow the house rules and left stains on the carpets that professional cleaners were unable to remove. These do not show up in the pictures. I have the most wonderful neighbors, so it is very important to me that the tenants are quiet and respectful.
