Set in a semi-rural location, but close to the CBD by car (12 min) and supermarket/shops (3 min).The large caravan has a lounge/kitchen/bed, ideal for one or two guests, and poss a child on the L shape sofa/bed Lovely Roaring Meg wood burner, and regular heater. Basic kitchen set up provided. The bathroom is small but with a new shower and composting toilet (super easy) It is a 1970´s caravan so is not absolutely perfect! But it is cute, clean and affordable with great views!. Self check in. It´s an all in one! bedroom, kitchen and lounge. We lived in here for a year and loved it! The views are divine - mix of sub-urban and rural. We now live in two purpose built cabins (tiny house) further up on the same property. Your privacy is important to us and you will be left undisturbed - however, you can contact us at any time if you need anything. The site is semi-rural but so handy to town and all it offers. Taxi fares are reasonable if you want a night out. Please note as we are not close to public transport, a car is usually ideal. There are free ranging barred rock hens on the property (3) and whilst they potter about, they will not approach you (they are timid). In warmer months there´s plenty of eggs to help yourself to. Kitchen has the basics for cooking and tea/coffee/oil/salt/pepper etc. Plunger for fresh coffee. Chromecast TV with netflix and free to air on demand. The bathroom is next to the caravan. It is small but has the basics - Shampoo, conditioner and body wash supplied. Outdoor table and seating. Cotton sheets and extra blankets/pillows supplied. We have mix of pillows as we know that everyone has a different preference!
