Es liegt fußläufig nur 5 min zum HBF, 8 min zum Elisenbrunnen oder Bushof, 15 bis zum Ponttor. Kontaktiere mich sehr gerne bei fragen. Hello, it will be a plesure to welcome you to my spacious and stylish 2 room apartment. It is only a 5-min walk to the main train station, 8 min to Elisenbrunnen and Bushof , and 15 min to Ponttor. This is a very good room. Cozy, comfortable and well appointed. There were some minor issues during my stay, but the host helped me resolve most of them, such as broken light bulbs and frequent power outages. Recommend living here!

Great location five minutes from Aachen Hbf, Alexander was very responsive and the apartment was well equipped with all needed amenities

Alexander is a very nice, communicative and businesslike owner. The apartment was clean and well equipped, in a good location. The owner was very helpful, caring about the privacy of the tenant.
