We''ve had a lovely long weekend at Judy's place, would highly recommend. Everything you need, perfect location for exploring the area, close to restaurants and cafes. our little girl (2.5) loved the space and being able to run from room to room. Wouldn't hesitate to return 😊

A wonderful spacious and quiet ground floor apartment, clean and well presented and super convenient to Woodhall Spa high street, cafes and local attractions. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Thoroughly recommended.

We stayed at Davenport House for nearly 2 weeks. It was comfortable and well appointed. All the comforts of home. Full size fridge (unusual in UK), great oven and cook top, fully equipped kitchen, etc. So you could very comfortably self cater. But the local restaurants in Woodhall Spa will certainly lure you out. The location was simply superb. You couldn't get any closer to The Broadway. Restaurants, pubs, bistros, co-op, and cute shops all within a minute walk. And the locals are so incredibly friendly. Finally, Judy was an amazing host - proactive, friendly, helpful, and very good at communicating. We would certainly stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Judy’s place. Visited this area a few times. The location was great very close to all the shops, bars and restaurants. Judy was very good keeping in contact from the moment we made the booking.
