The place was as described, the sofa bed wasn’t comfortable so I would suggest this is really only suitable for two people staying. Other than that it worked perfectly for our last minute stop over. Easy to walk in to Newquay which is a lovely place.

Didn't realise how far it was from harbor ,steep hill to go down to harbor so always booked taxi to get back but wasn't expensive, but if you wanted a drink without going to harbor The Cambrian pub was only metres away and would recommend the Sunday cavery very nice ,Guy had put post codes on the wall of places to visit which was very helpful, we went to Llangrannog beach (SA44 6SN) which was lovely cafés shops and pub ,nice little village, only downside I would say once you come of the main road, the roads are very narrow to get to these places had to pullover if you meet oncoming traffic

Very well equipped , cosy and warm with a lovely big TV. Was great being able to park literally just beside where we were staying and we appreciated the early check in time. Very clean and a well thought through space...ideal for our overnight stay. Guy was excellent in his communications with us .
