We spent 7 lovely days in the apartment. The apartment is nicely furnished with a lovely large private terrace. Paolo is an incredibly empathetic and helpful host. He took the time to explain everything important about buses, the metro, parking options and various shopping opportunities. When we had some language problems, Paolo stepped in and got it resolved in the best way. Even the mosquitoes were taken into account, although not all the mosquitoes had discovered it, so there were some stings. Thank you Paolo, you helped make our holiday a good experience. We stayed at Paolo's place for a week, I'm not going to lie, we got a lot mosquito bites but that did not bother us because the place was very very nice, a very nice garden with a lot of shade, not much noises from the neighbours and everything you need, even a lemon squeezer. Was fun watching TV in italian. Everything you need to know (about the metro and buses, restaurants or attractions) Paolo will tell u, which helps a lot. It takes around 40-50 minutes to get to the center by a bus and then the metro, when entering the metro there is nobody iside so you can sit all the way to the colloseum, going back to the airbnb is as easy as getting there. Me and my girlfriend recommend the place for it's good price and for having everything you need for a long time. Coffee machine + coffee, a washing machine + all the washing gear and the list goes on, shower and toilet are also very comfortable.
