Ausra’s back house was a great place to stay! It was very clean, well appointed and exactly as depicted in the photos and description. Access is simple and communications went very smoothly for me. I will absolutely stay there again and look forward to my return!

Austra’s place was just as advertised. Loved having the washer and dryer. Appliances were all very upscale (Miele). Clean and comfortable and close to restaurants. Neighborhood was very walkable and safe. The only glitch was getting in through gate, but Austra was quick to respond. Locksmith came out right away the next day and found a spring had broken in the lock, fixed it and all was well. Really loved the apartment and highly recommend.

Our family stayed at Audra’s casita for our first family trip back to our old home of LA. I was thrilled with the location (we LOVE Culver!) but never expected we would feel so at home. <3 Even though it’s a one-room studio, it was perfect for our family of 4 (Ausra provides an air mattress, and we tucked our pack and play on the other side of the bed). The fully equipped kitchen made breakfast prep a breeze, and our little ones had a blast playing with Ausra’s kiddos’ toys outside. The stacked washer and dryer in the bathroom was a LIFESAVER!! As someone who works in the interior design industry, I’m pretty particular about my Airbnbs. NO expense was spared when outfitting this place. Top of the line appliances, premium finishings — and all beautifully decorated. Since Ausra was hosting us remotely while she traveled with her family, she graciously gave us access to her outdoor living space. CLUTCH when the babes were sleeping! Ausra was a fabulous host. Five stars!

Exactly as pictured and described. Very modern, pristine, and comfortable. Centrally located - easy access to freeways, major cities/neighborhoods in SoCal, eateries, etc. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.
