No parties or exceeding amount of guests. Please mention in the message the amount of children and adults that will be staying as well. If rules are broken, there will be fees to pay! There are 4 bedrooms: 1 master bedroom with a king size bed and bathroom, 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and bathroom, 2 bed rooms that have a connecting bathroom (one room is a queen size bed and the other room has a bunk bed). Kitchen area with dinning table and living room with couches and a tv. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Outside: pool with lights for the night time, outdoor kitchen, and bathroom that connects to the inside of the house, outdoor furniture. Garage: 1 Parking spot available. The other parking spot with the vehicle parked in there is off limits.
