This was by far the BEST Airbnb I have ever booked. I am a very frequent traveller who seeks out excellent accommodations during my trips. Sarah’s retro “skoolie” was absolutely stunning. You can tell that they have put a lot of hard work into making this rolling retreat feel like home away from home. Having running water and solar panel electricity was a HUGE help. We loved the various options for lighting as well. The couch and bed were very comfortable, and they had different pillow options for if you prefer a soft or firm pillow. They provide breakfast by having supplies for waffles, we loved this as we got in quite late and knew we didn’t have to worry about groceries that evening! Sarah was extremely fast to respond and so accommodating. I cannot stress this enough. Book the skoolie! Any trip you book with Sarah will be one to remember. Will be recommending this school bus to all my friends!

Such a wonderful stay, my husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at the rolling retreat. The bus was so charming, we went during the week and it was so peaceful and relaxing. Sarah is so great at communicating and so happy to answer any questions you have. Absolutely recommend staying here!

Loved the skoolie! It was a great way to camp for a girls weekend! We did wish there would have been a tablecloth provided for the picnic table and a line hung somewhere for wet towels and suits but other than that - we had everything we needed provided- linens, dishes, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bug spray, lighter fluid, TV, movies, cups, silverware, pillows, blankets. The refrigerator is plenty big. You can cook inside on a hot plate or outside on the grill or firepit. The bed in back was really comfortable! I would definitely go back! The bus is clean, well appointed and well decorated while still leaving you room for your stuff! And the host, Sarah, is very quick to respond, so communication was excellent!! I highly recommend it!!!!

We enjoyed our stay on Sarah’s bus. The campground has super clean bathrooms and a nice general store for small things. This is a cool experience, and my 2.5 year old son thought it was so cool.

Our stay had an exciting potential but there were disappointing misses. The split type AC/inverter by the bed did not work. We could not sit in the driver’s seat, it was blocked by an AC unit. I wish I took a photo of because it is not was you see on the website listing. This AC was not strong enough to reach the back to where the bed is. 2 empty cans in the fridge indicates the inside of the fridge was not clean. The bus was parked too close to another camper (or the camper parked too close to the bus?) so very little or zero privacy. But it is a campground open to all. Any registered camper can park next to us. We used the public restrooms and shower right next to the public pool. Fyi, the restrooms and shower were not clean. The listing stated river view or waterfront. Our view was the public shower building. Yes, the bus is pretty and well outfitted indeed. We would probably recommend reading all the reviews and asking more questions before booking.
