Before and during our stay, communication with Eliza was excellent. Excellent and clear instructions for checking in and upon entering the apartment. The apartment was very welcoming and homely, spacious and very clean. Only 10 minutes walk to nearest train station and a beautiful park nearby. Everything was just perfect. Highly recommend Eliza and her apartment. Will hopefully return in the near future. Thank you Eliza for being a super host.

Great, large, clean, quiet flat within walking distance of Waitrose and the Elizabeth Line. It's also close to Heathrow Airport. We only stayed for one night, but we had a pleasant experience. Eliza assisted us with an early check-in and communicated with us proactively.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Eliza's place. The only negative was the unit was a little difficult to find as most of the buildings look the same and the GPS takes you to the opposite side of the complex. Once you find the unit, Eliza's instructions were extremely detailed, which made getting into the unit a breeze. The unit itself was spotless and beautiful. The location of the unit was only 15 min walk away from one Underground station and about a 20-25min walk from another. The location was within walking distance to many food options as well as a Tesco for groceries. Eliza was kind, responsive, and accommodating. I would highly recommend Eliza's unit to anyone traveling into London.
