Hello, and welcome to Midtown @ 1302. This adorable home is centrally located, in the heart of Midtown. We are 5 minutes from downtown, hospitals and airport. 1302 is also close to the best restaurants and shopping in Billings! The yard is completely fenced, so very family and pet friendly. We also provide off street parking. You will have access to the upstairs, as there is another unit completely separate down. If you enjoy character and hardwood floors, 1302 is perfect for you. Each bedroom has a queen bed, soft linens and extra pillows. USB plug ins are located on the back side of the vanities. The alarm clock includes a sound machine. There is a pack and play/changing table provided.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was big and comfortable, with lots of parking and easy access. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked and spotless. Would definitely stay here again.
I was in town for a weekend to handle some business for my family and it was great to have a place to stay close to everything we needed for the weekend. The living space is beautiful and well decorated with lots of accommodations to keep guests busy or entertain yourself in downtime. If I were to choose a couple of words, homey and cozy. Loved being central to everything we needed to do and great dining options close. Would definitely stay again the next time we come back.

We enjoyed our stay at Amanda's place. Easy to get to, near many amenities, and her place was spotless. We would stay here again and would recommend to others.
I’ll definitely stay at Amanda’s next trip to Billings! It was very clean, well stocked and had comfortable beds and furniture. The fenced back yard was perfect for my dog who enjoyed laying on the small deck. Amanda was responsive and helpful from booking to check out. She even left cookie dough for us to enjoy! Well done. 😀

Veterans park is within walking distance and a smaller park between Ave C and E.
Yellowstone Fitness is blocks away.
There are two grocery stores nearby, Albertsons and Town and Country. I really enjoy the small town feel of Town and Country, everyone is very nice.
Also some great shopping in the West Park Plaza outdoor mall off Grand and 16th.
We are also a 5 minute drive to both hospitals and airport.
There is plenty of on street parking out front. I provide two off street spots in the driveway out back. I do prefer you not park on the side of the house, as this is used for my basement tenant.
Uber and Lyft are both available in Billings.
