The backyard was designed with entertaining in mind and lots of seating so invite your family and friends to join you. Make use of the BBQ, fun pool floaties, and lawn games! The living room is equipped with a 70” smart TV. If a fun-filled game night is more your speed, there are Frank Lloyd Wright puzzles and games ranging from Apples to Apples and Bananagrams to Cards Against Humanity and Wits & Wagers. The kitchen has everything you need if you decide to cook on vacation — pots and pans, mixing bowls, cutting boards, small appliances, etc. There are two sets of plates and drinking glasses, indoor and outdoor, to meet your dining needs. A Keurig is waiting and ready to get you caffeinated to take on the day. The laundry area is off the kitchen and has a full-size front-loading washer and dryer for your use. The primary suite has a king-sized bed, large closet, 55” smart TV, and en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub. There is a sliding door with private access to the backyard, convenient for when you want to enjoy the grounds without disturbing anyone else. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed, a built-in area (closet, vanity, desk), a 40” smart TV, and views of the private front yard. The third bedroom has two full beds, a roomy closet, and views of the private front yard. The main bathroom with a walk-in shower is just off the living area and can easily be accessed from the backyard as well. Jacuzzi heat is complimentary. If you would like to heat the pool, the charge is $45 per day based on the entire stay. We also have 2 adult beach cruisers with helmets available for guests who want to ride around town.
