The beautiful Villa Ružmarin is located in a small Istrian village, in a quiet area. The garden is private and safe, for your exclusive use. On hot summer days you will find real relaxation by the pool under the warm Istrian sun. A large outdoor table is just a few steps above the pool. You can prepare delicious fish and meat dishes on the charcoal grill. Two-storey house, surrounded by untouched pure nature, has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances and amenities. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and has a TV. The living room is very comfortable, with a large sofa, a large TV, and a direct exit to the terrace above overlooking the pool.

Tomišići is a small village in the heart of the Istrian peninsula.
The village is easily accessible by car.
The nearest place for everything you need (supermarket, bank, post office) is Žminj, 5 minutes by car from the villa. Small town filled with good people. Many good restaurants, beautiful nature, small charming shops. It is really quiet and so close to all other places in Istria. As a historical crossroads offers ways to reach all important places.
Beautiful beaches of Istria are all within 30 minutes reach, and we especially recommend the beaches around Bale - crystal clear sea, magnificent trees and a beautiful view of the open sea.
Fabulous destinations to visit include: the Brijuni Islands, a national park, the art galleries in Rovinj, the most romantic town in Istria.
A short drive from the villa there is an adventure park in Barban and underground caves Feštinsko Kraljevstvo.
