We’d a great stay here. Great value for what you get. Only thing I will add is that the host has a noise detector/monitor device which I don’t believe was disclosed. We were very conscious of making too much noise, which as a party of 10 was inevitable and therefore were hesitant to spend too much time in the apartment. Overall, a brilliant stay.

Overall a great stay! The communication leading up to the stay was perfect, very detailed instructions for checking in and easy to follow. Small details went a long way, staying in January it was quite cold out but they had turned on the heating before our arrival so the apartment was nice and cosy! Tea and general spices were stocked in the kitchen with dishwasher tablets and washing powder came in handy. The apartment itself is beautiful like the pictures. Quiet at night and wasn’t disturbed by anything. Great location, walking distance into town and right on the doorstep of Arthur’s seat. I would definitely recommend as a great place to stay and would book again in the future. Thank you to the great hosts!

Great stay. Big apartment on the third floor. Super clear instructions from host and easy to find. Very clean inside. Great to have two separate shower rooms. Kitchen was well equipped. Heating worked well. Good for a large group of friends, there were eight of us. We would recommend to others.

Finding a place in Edinburgh for 8 people on short notice was not easy, but we were so lucky to have found this spot! The apartment was beautiful, and it was very easy to feel right at home. It’s very spacious, has big beautiful windows, and three bathrooms which is essential with a large group. The location is not exactly central to the most popular tourist destinations (~25min walk to the castle), but the walk is easy and beautiful. We preferred the quiet neighborhood, and it’s right around the corner from a main street with a lot of good food, coffee, and shopping. If you are considering renting this apartment, I’d highly recommend it. The one disclaimer I would give (and this is clear on the listing) is that it’s a 3-floor walkup. 3 flights of stairs after a hike up Arthur’s Seat can feel daunting. That being said, we travelled with two people between 60-80 years old and they handled the stairs just fine. I’d just want anyone with serious mobility issues to be aware of this.
