房间在火车站边上，火车经过时会有点炒。但房子超大，也很方便，出行、超市、吃饭都很便利。总体性价比很高

Ben ist ein sehr kommunikativer und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der sehr bemüht ist um die Zufriedenheit seiner Gäste. Er hat alles gut und treffend beschrieben und die Fotos entsprechen der Einrichtung der Wohnung. Auf Hinweise auf Probleme oder Schwierigkeiten hat er umgehend reagiert und sie auch beseitigt. Einziger Wermutstropfen für mich war die Lautstärke in der Wohnung auch Nachts und bei geschlossenen Fenstern aufgrund der Lage, direkt an allen Nah- und Fernverkehrsverbindungen und Hauptstraßen. Aber dafür war man auch gut angebunden nach Wien Innenstadt und vor der Haustür sind alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Insgesamt also eine gute Wahl und empfehlenswert. Danke!

Great apartment in 12th district, the place was exactly as promoted, Ben's apartment is wonderfully centrally located, and the U-Bahn, subway, bus and Tram are just very close to the door. Communicating with Ben was great, always timely to respond. The area around is full with shops, restaurants and shopping places. I have no doubt about booking Ben’s flat for my next trip too. Thank you, Ben, for the great time.

Ben and his flat fully deserves his superhost rating. The flat is larger than you expect and everything is as described or shown in the photos . Plenty of crockery and cutlery for the two of us and lots of the small but important things dishwasher tablets , shower gel . There was even an umbrella which we didn't need to use . Ben gave us clear in instructions on how to get into the flat and lots of other information. He checked we were Ok and didn't have any problems . We like staying in this area as its very convenient to getting almost anywhere by public transport and there is a Spar, bakeries and other shops nearby . We love the Turkish takeaway , bakery and cafe for light bites . Final tip : if you have a late flight there are easy to use, cheap large lockers at Meidling station and if you time it right direct trains . The key question is always would you stay in the flat again and the answer for this place would be a resounding yes
