The apartment is located inside a beachfront villa right "by the sea" and has a private terrace with a breathtaking view and a free private parking inside the gate that borders the property. The feeling is that of being in the middle of the sea, lulled by the waves. The apartment has every comfort: WIFI connection,TV, washing machine and dishwasher, bed linen and bath towels. The apartment consists of a large living room with two sofas, a dining table and two armchairs positioned in front of a large window from which you can contemplate the sea and the beach. It has two bedrooms, one of which is double with a queen-size bed and one with two single beds but with the possibility of pulling out a third bed. Both rooms are equipped with a bathroom. The kitchen is on two sides and connects the private terrace with the living room.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. So relaxing, the location is perfect. Very easy for our family with two young boys. Alessandra was super helpful and very friendly. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Sehr schöne, saubere Wohnung. Hervorragend ausgestattet. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Die Lage direkt am Strand war super, allerdings hat uns zu Beginn der Verkehr der Küstenstrasse, welche direkt am Haus vorbeiführt, gestört. Trotzdem, gerne wieder :)

The apartment is located in Varigotti, a small village on the Riviera di Levante and part of Finale Ligure. The house is located directly on the beach near the Liliana Beach Club and is a few minutes walk from the "Borgo Vecchio" the oldest part of Varigotti characterized by narrow streets and colorful houses.
The location is very quiet, especially in the summertime.
Private parking is located within the property.
To access the public beach in front of the house, it is necessary to exit the gate, walk a few meters to the right on the promenade and down some steps, also on the right.
