Qian communicated well with us. The home was beautiful. There was a minor issue with one of the toilets, but Qian was quick at rectifying it. All in all my family's experience with Qian was good.

The most outstanding feature of Qian's place is the stunning parkland setting. The rooms are oriented to take advantage of the lovely outlook, past Japanese-ish rock gardens out to wide open grassy parkland and trees. The house itself is 70's in style, and spotlessly clean. The King suite is stunning, huge with its own ensuite and walk in wardrobe. At the other end of the house are 3 more double beds. The beds were very comfortable and the linen spotlessly clean and snuggly warm. There are 2 separate living areas too, one of the living areas (adjoining the open-plan kitchen/dining) seems not to be on the photos. Just up the road there are a few restaurants, and a little further down is a cluster of cafes/shops around the Blackburn Rd / George St corner. So, plenty of space, great outlook, and perfect location for us! We were a group of adults, it would also be fabulous for a family with kids who want to run around in the huge open spaces. There are toys too!
