Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται 10 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από (α) το Μετρό (Σύνταγμα, Μοναστηράκι, Πλάκα & Ακρόπολη σε 40’), (β) το Αεροδρόμιο Αθηνών, (γ) το ανοιχτό εμπορικό κέντρο Designer Outlet Athens, (δ) τον Αττικό Ζωολογικό Κήπο, καθώς και (ε) το λιμάνι Ραφήνας με πλοία για τα νησιά του Αιγαίου (Άνδρος σε 1.5 ώρα, Μύκονος σε 2.5 ώρες)!

Totally reccomend! Very nice place, localization is perfect, so close to the beach. Contact with Marios is helpful, he answers every time when it’s needed.
Great house space and location, very clean and organized. Only that it has constant noise from airplanes taking off, but no problem with windows closed. Thank you again!
I am so glad I chose to stay here! It was exactly what I needed!! Marios was quick to respond and incredibly helpful and friendly in all of our communications. The house is exactly as described (though for clarity - the hot tub is a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, not one outdoors ;)). It is basically furnished but has all that you need. The kitchen is a great space to use and well stocked in terms of plates, utensils and cookware. The yard was WONDERFUL. It and the porch were my favorite places to spend my mornings and evenings. The beach is literally 30 meters away. You look out the front gate and can see how the waves are that day. There is a small grocery store within a 3-4 minute walk one way and a really good fruit stand is about 1.5 minutes the other way. There are a ton of restaurants along the beach if you prefer to eat out. I loved staying here and hope I get a chance to come back again next year!
Belle maison de plage vraiment à 30 mètres de la mer bien équipée très bon restaurant transport à proximité Marios est super et son propriétaire aussi à faire profiter à toutes personnes respectueuses de ces lieux nous recommandons vivement cette location encore merci
