A good value place to spend the night in Colorado Springs

Check-in was what you'd expect from your average hotel/motel. We found an insufficient number of bath towels upon our arrival, but that was quickly and easily rectified with a trip to the office. There was an issue with a minor mess left in the bathroom from a prior occupant, but otherwise no issues during our stay. I'm not particularly familiar with Colorado Springs and how some neighborhoods compare to others, but we didn't feel particularly unsafe here, and it was within easy walking distance of quite a few restaurants.
