the apartment looks old from the outside, but once you get to the unit, it’s exactly the same as the photos. pros: - check in was smooth, easy and flexible. - unit was nice and picturesque. - helpful security/concierge. - location’s top notch👌 - polite host, responds promptly, and offers solution to our problems. keep up the good work! cons: - there were quite many visible stains on our linen, we were concerned because we were travelling with our son. host was quite hesitant to replace it at first —they said the cleaner just cleaned the unit and replace all the linens—, but they came around and have their cleaner replaced it immediately. turns out the replacement also has stains on them. - no blackout curtain. my son was awoken by the blinding light from the window. (curtain was white, and sun shines through easily) - every aircond was put on timer to be turned off in the middle of the night. and every few hours in the morning. this is quite annoying.
