The location is beautiful and secluded, quiet and bucolic. As an equestrian and animal lover, the cattle crammed into that dry lot and looking skinny concerned me. There was a terrible storm while we were there and when got home from a long day at the stables the cows were calling out and were lying in deep mud in the morning. We also ran into some escaped cattle on the road when we left. The house is very quaint, clean and all you need if you're rushing in and out. The appliances need updating, the oven is very old and there is a paid for washer in the bedroom that we have never seen before in an Airbnb. My daughter also noticed a camera in the kitchen, although that might have been part of the exterior cameras, but we turned it off. The linens were clean, the shower was hot although it took a while to heat up. The shower head had very little pressure and the tap was loose. The barn door on the inside came off the tracks when I moved it. I would charge 110$ a night.

One of the best AirBNB's I've stayed in! Cozy and quaint. Sarah was so helpful and kind. If you're looking for a place to stay near Waco, this is the place. Would, for sure, book again if I am in the area in the future!

Very nice out if the way and peaceful place to lay low and enjoy the countryside in. Fully furnished and well kept. Very great communication and friendly hosts.
