A cosy home with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a lovely outside braai area which serves as a second seating area. The main bedroom is the smaller of the two rooms with an en-suite bathroom, whereas the second bedroom, which also has a cot bed for toddlers/ infants, also has a double bed but does not have an en-suite bathroom but a separate bathroom next door - also serving as a guest toilet. There is a full kitchen with gas stove top, oven, microwave, fridge and kettle. All necessary cooking amenities and utensils. There is a large smart TV. You are welcome to sign into your Netflix and DSTV accounts. Please feel free to make use of the braai and indoor fireplace. Wood is provided for free and can be found around the back of the house. There is off street parking but please arrange this prior to arrival. Otherwise on street parking is in front of the house, and is safe. There is no access to the garage. There are no laundry facilities on site. Please contact me should you want to arrange a laundry service at an additional charge.
