My wife and I stayed for 5 nights. We were just two people and it was perfect for us. The master bedroom has a big bed. There are two bathrooms. The main reasons I booked this were for a refrigerator/kitchen area and a separate washer and dryer. Most places have either a combo washer/dryer or no dryer. The separate dryer is very convenient. The views are good and the a/c and fans work well. The location is very convenient as there is an easy pick up spot for grab drivers and they all know Tropicana 218. Unless you live in SE Asia and are used to walking in sweltering heat, you will likely take grab multiple times each day and grab here is like magic. They arrive within like 30 seconds and take you anywhere in the area for like $1.50 USD. The airport was $4 in a grab and $5 in a grab plus (BMW SUV). I read some people complain about the elevators but all three were working fine and we had no long waits. You can fit 6-8 people if a family w/kids but the limitation is only 2 bathrooms.
if you are a group of 5 and above and you traveling to penang by car, Casey's place is really convenient and comfortable. Just a short drive to most places in town. the space is comfortable for hanging out and chatting and clean and tidy. Casey communicates very responsively and promptly all the time and was nice enough to drop off some extra hand towels middle of the stay. Very happy with our stay! :-)
The cleanliness is 10/10. This is what I value the most in every stay. The unit looks modern and new. Exactly as the listed photos. Thank you Casey.
The unit is a corner condo, is quite spacious and comfortably accommodate the a whole large family. Also, it is within walkable distance to many eateries and attractions.

My place is located at a new building named Tropicana Macalister 218, known for it’s central and strategic location, as well as close proximity to various amenities and places of interest.
There are few shops available downstairs, ie Bubble tea shop ‘INSTEA’, Bakery shop ‘Love A Loaf’, Sushi restaurant ‘Sushi House’, Mini Mart ‘Ace Mart’.
Closer to home, there is the ‘Ghee Hiang’ outlet right next door, known for its Chinese pastries and sesame oil, it is highly convenient as takeaways of these are almost a prerequisite when visiting Penang. Other spots within 5-10 minutes walking distance including Loh Kei Duck Meat Koay Teow Soup, Siam road Char Koay Teow, New Lane Hawker stalls and Loh Guan Lye Specialist Centre.

By GRAB car service:
By far the most preferred options for tourists. Calling a Grab car service will never be an issue, all you need is just a phone with preinstalled apps and internet data connection.
By Bus:
Those who prefer public transport would be pleased to know there is a bus-stop right in front of the building. This is served by RapidPenang buses No. 101, 104 and 304, all Komtar-bound. From there, one can switch buses to connect to other destinations
By car rental:
The latest trend. Get your car rental by just a tap on apps! Preinstall a car rental apps called SOCAR or Gocar, register yourself with your driving license (international license for foreigners) prior. Traveling can be so convenient and flexible when you have your own transport. Plus point is price within affordable range with petrol expenses covered (for SOCAR).
