A 50 min drive from Tauranga and only 20 min from Rotorua city. The 1000sqm section has plenty of room for boat parking and is only 180m to boat ramp. There are great forest walks in the vicinity. After a day out, enjoy an evening relaxing by the chiminea with a drink and toasting marshmallows while gazing at the stars. It is cozy in winter, and in summer, you can spread out on the large section, which is large enough to park and turn boats around on. The large deck gets sun almost all day, so lovely to relax on in the outdoor beanbags. A barbeque is provided for cooking outside if you wish. Indoors there is an oven, double hotplate, electric frying pan, and crockpot. If you have a boat, you are directly across from Honeymoon and Champagne Bay and a short ride to the hot pools. It's a great ride to Okere Falls Store for lunch, also. The boat ramp provides ample parking. If you don't have a boat, you can swim from the beach or treat yourself at Hells Gate thermal pools. Golf lovers, the Hinehopu Golf Club is only 5km away. 3 kayaks are provided for your use. Bedroom 1: Within the main container, super cosy and with a wardrobe. Bedroom 2: External access but 5 steps from the main container. Coffee-making facilities mean you can wake up and enjoy a cuppa in bed. This room also has its own couch to relax in your own space.
