Kyle and Stephanie's place is a great value in a pleasant neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Rooms are large and well appointed. We enjoyed the "cocktail bar", the turntable, and the quirks of an older home. It is close to all things downtown and easy to find. The doggos loved walking the neighborhood and having enough space for a few games of fetch. If we're ever heading out to Findlay again, we'll check to see if this listing is available first.

Nice spot if you are visiting anyone at Findlay University, basic but great price for what you are getting. Very homey with lots of character.

We enjoyed staying at this house. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. They had great local recommendations. The house was very comfortable, spacious, and with all the amenities one might need. We highly recommend staying here.

House was close to University of Findlay and close to local restaurants. Owners communicated well.
