Kia ora! We would love to host you in our separate studio where you can relax in private. It includes a modern bathroom with shower, as well as a living area with a sofa/single bed. (Available for use as an extra bed on request for a $40 fee). It is set in our native NZ garden and is bright and fresh. We live in a great area with many cafes, shops, restaurants and bars nearby. A lovely studio nestled in our native NZ garden- spacious and modern, the door opens out to a patio sheltered by trees. Queen bed, mini fridge, kettle, toaster and complimentary tea/coffee. The space is not really set up for self catering but you can make a simple breakfast with the amenities above and we are very close to lots of great cafes and food stores. The studio is set back from the street behind our house so is relatively quiet and secure. Parking is on the street. The studio has its own bathroom with shower, toilet, and hand basin, and a seperate living area which has a single bed made up as a sofa. If you book for 2 people but wish to use the single bed we can make it up on request for an extra charge of $40. If you book for 3 people it is automatically included in the price. There is also a desk/table in this area. We have two boys (ages 9 and 7) who will be out of your way inside the house but may play in the backyard on occasion.
