Clean, modern large family home. Great location for accessing Bologna. Highly recommend!

Accoglienza inesistente, vicini antipatici che ci sono stati addosso per l’utilizzo di un terrazzino (che ci era stato detto di poter usare) quando loro lasciavano il loro cane andare sempre verso la nostra entrata di casa a lasciare i suoi bei ricordini che puntualmente ci trovavamo sulle scarpe. Aggiungo che il terrazzino era dissestato, e pieno di sacchetti della spazzatura pieni, che abbiamo pulito NOI. Inoltre uno dei bagni era stato utilizzato per scaricare abbondantemente, e me lo sono trovata sporco al mio arrivo. All’ingresso hanno lasciato una valanga di disordine e di roba casuale, che giustamente non fa piacere avere, anche perché se hai un bambino hai ansia che vada a toccare. Ho dato una cauzione di 500€ che non sta tornando indietro nonostante li abbia contatti, e mi assicuravano di farsi sentire. Sono abbastanza scioccata dall’esperienza.

We enjoyed our stay in large bedrooms and living areas. Bathrooms and the kitchen were well appointed. Car parking space was an asset of the property. Improvements could be made to further increase the guest experience, including - clearer location instructions as there were many driveways with the same number as the property address; better handover and guidance material as to local restaurants, bus timetables (noting bus stops were just outside property gates) and a map of the bus route and walking tracks. It would also help if ground floor windows had screens to allow airflow and prevent insects attracted to the light from getting into the house. Attention to these small things would ensure a good value property provided an exceptional guest experience.

This house is only a 10-minute drive to the city of Bologna yet it is located in a rural area that is beautiful. The house has been renovated with very comfortable living area accommodations, 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms that are brand new. It was perfect for our family get together. The only thing that we did not know is that two other homes are located on the property that belong to the same family. It is not a problem at all and we did not see them. We were respectful of them and tried to keep the noise level at a minimum. The outdoor area is restricted to the front of the house where the owner has supplied tables and chairs and umbrellas. We had a wonderful time at this house and we recommend it if you want to visit beautiful Bologna and also have some peace and quiet in lovely surroundings. Wonderful Italy were good hosts, especially Mr. Medici who met us at the property and explained everything.
