We absolutely adore David’s Place. The stunning views, especially through those expansive windows, create a serene and picturesque atmosphere. The tranquility and spaciousness make it a true gem. Without a doubt, it’s one of the finest cottages we’ve had the pleasure of visiting over the years.

David's place is absolutely amazing. It has a very spacious and beautiful kitchen, large living room, super comfortable matresses, and heated tiles in all bathrooms. Wireless signal in the area is top notch due to what I believe was a signal booster installed at the back, I had 5G connection for the whole stay. The wifi is also reliable, I was able to work from the property with no issues. David was also very responsive with any questions we had throughout the stay. He is a great communicator. The only thing that was something to get used to was the amount of windows and glass doors with no shades. The rooms closest to the neighbors have shades installed, but the rest of the doors and windows do not. However, the ones without shades installed are not in direct view of anyone near by. We adjusted very quickly. I would definitely recommend visiting!

David’s cottage was wonderful! Clean, beautiful, and a dock perfect for tanning, swimming, & watching the sunset! The cottage is just like the photos, has everything you’ll need, and a lot of space for bigger groups - we were 7. Would love to book it again! Thanks David!

David’s place is really nice, well equipped, clean, and in a great location. It would and I’m sure will be in the future a 5 star place with a few adjustments by the host. The property has a camera in a tree that points directly at the large living room door which has no blinds. We didn’t think too much of it initially but we had 2 guests stop by for a day trip on our last day there and in the evening when we got back they were in the driveway chatting with us for about an hour near the camera before leaving. I checked my phone shortly after and I had a few messages along with missed calls from the host questioning us on how many guests we had staying as he heard/saw more than the 4 we put on the booking. If we had 20 people over and having a party that would make sense but when it’s 2 ppl it doesn’t. The host was also concerned about some plants around the deck which is understandable however it’s not very clear (especially at this time of year) that there is a garden there.

David is a fantastic host who truly cares about the experience of the guests. Provided helpful recommendations for local attractions. The cottage was impeccably clean and equipped with all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. I had a fantastic experience staying at David's Airbnb and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Baysville. David is an exceptional host who go above and beyond to ensure their guests have a memorable stay. Looking forward to returning in future.
