The house is located on the water, take the kayaks (life jackets available) and you can go through the waters of Sylvania, taking you through underpasses and sometimes you can see a friendly seal.
There are a number of nearby restaurants for brunch and dinner and Southgate shopping centre, which has a coles/Woolworths/zone bowling alley and a Kmart, within a 5 minute drive.
We are about 20minutes car drive from Cronulla and 30minutes car drive to the city.

This house would best suit people with a car, however there are often Ubers/olas around and there is a bus which comes down the street or stops near Day one training, if going towards the city, you get off at Hurstville train station which can take you to the city. After a day in the city, get the train back to Hurstville and a bus back, you get off at Paul’s hamburgers to walk to the property. The property book at the residence provides more specific information.
There is parking on the street, if not a space in front of the house, then there will be one very nearby. It’s normally a quiet street, with most residents having there own garages. Please don’t park in the driveway if there are spare spaces on the road.
