Shelly hosted us and the place was great and relaxing. The place was clean and was nearby the trails so we were able to ride our atv’s without having to trailer them places. Great communication with our host and was able to recommend the local trails. Overall a great experience and will book again

We spent our 2023 Thanksgiving long weekend at Shelly's beautiful cottage and absolutely fell in love with it! It's clean, cozy and peaceful. The living room is bright and spacious with lots of seating areas. Our small kids enjoyed playing with the board games. We also enjoyed using the big and well-stocked kitchen that had everything we needed. The cottage is surrounding by nature and the fall leaves just made it even more enchanting. We loved waking up to the view of the beautiful Lake Kushog from the big windows in the living room. We had a minor incident where the power in the small cabin went out and Shelly was very responsive in guiding us on how to restore power. The cottage served as the perfect base for us to explore the beautiful Algonquin Provincial Park. We'll definitely come back again in the future when we get the chance!

Our stay at Shelly’s was wonderful. She has such a beautiful property and left us 2 paddle boards and a canoe for our enjoyment as well as deck chairs ready on the dock. She had so many throw blankets which comes in handy with our dog. Lots of recommendations for hikes which was super helpful. The fireplace was great to sit around at night and she had lots of lighting outside. She’s done a great job maintaining her property and will definitely stay here again!
