Such a beautiful home! House is exactly as pictured. When walking in, you get the freshly cleaned house smell. House is beautifully decorated and clutter free. Bed and couches are very comfortable. Pool area is beautiful and private. House is located close to restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend this home to others. We would definitely stay there again. 10/10!

We absolutely loved Katie’s beach house! The house is beautiful. We loved, loved, loved the pool and backyard. Beach, groceries and a few stores and restaurants are within short walking distance. Would love to come back!

We stayed at Katie's place for The Players weekend. It was just like the photos. The house is in a great location to go to either Ponte Vedra or to Neptune. Would definitely stay again in the future!

Katie’s place was beautifully decorated and the pool was great. We ask for the heat in pool to be turned up she did it right away. Everything else was great. And we had a great time there we would definitely use Katie again.

The house is great! Beautiful space and the pool was perfect. Katie was super responsive and very helpful! Comfiest beds ever 🫶🏼 definitely recommend!
