It's my second time staying here and it's really a great place to spend the hot afternoon as I finish my tasks from work. The huge TV and cool airconditioner is really a huge relief for work from home peeps like me. Sir Daniel was responsive and friendly and the place was still squeaky clean as before. Looking forward to more stays in here through this hot season!

The host was very responsive and he accommodated our flexible check in request eventhough it was already late at night. The unit was clean, spacious and had a modern door lock that made it easy for us to self-check in. For me, what stood out the most was the blinds and the aircon. It was very hot in manila for the past week but the room was still cold even in the hottest parts of the day. The wifi is fast and the unit is perfect for a relaxing or work from home staycations. The pool and ambience of the surrounding was very calming as well, it felt like we were in tagaytay. Looking forward to our next stay with sir daniel 💯

The place is clean, beautiful and relaxing. Amenities and furnitures are top of the line and internet is very fast. Daniel is very helpful and responsive. Will stay here again.

Calathea Place is very accessible location.
Transportation and Travelling around the area will never be a problem and convenient since there is 24/7 transport service is available.
PUJs, Grab,Taxis, Angkas are available right the front of the gate and buses in PITX terminal are few minutes away.
PARKING
Our unit does not have a dedicated parking space.
Parking rate is 30 pesos for first 3 hours and 250 pesos for the whole day subject to availability in the premises.
Pay parking is available the property in first come first serve basis. If you need parking, please inform us in advance in order for us to secure a slot for you by coordinating with lobby or with fellow unit owners.
