The home was very comfortable - nice safe neighborhood. We attended a race at Firebird motorsports park - it was very close and we were able to park our trailers near the property with no issue. Good food and stores near by.

Honestly… it was CLEAN, but the attention to details that matter was off. It smelled like cigarettes! It was a cheaply turned house. Decor was nice and beds comfortable. But baseboard around the bathroom was rotted. The caulking was missing. The cabinets were badly painted. The door were painted around the hand knob which is so lazy. The kitchen sink was gross looking because it was old. Should’ve been replaced. The pool was fine. But definitely not somewhere we would want to hang out. We felt super uncomfortable and were so grateful that Javier did due diligence and refunded us.

Had to find temporary housing while my home went through renovations and Javier’s place fit the bill perfectly for our family. Greatly located (less than a mile from a big mall and restaurants) across the street from a nice park with a pond, playgrounds and a train, this place work beautifully for us. Close to the highway, it was also easy to get everywhere you need. The house is furnished nicely and has a well stocked kitchen for basic meals. Communication with Javier was great, whenever we needed something Javier was quick to respond and resolve. My only suggestion would be get a couple of garage openers, in case there are multiple vehicles.

Javier is very helpful and get back to my question in very short time. House is nice and located in a quiet community. I am very enjoy my stay here. Super recommanded to you all.
