Très bon emplacement avec une jolie vue, l’appartement est lumineux et spacieux. Petit bémol : dommage qu’il ait mal vieilli. Mieux entretenu et insonorisé, il aurait plus de charme.

Location is amazing if you’d like to live in a typical neighborhood. Great small cafes around. Literally next to La Sagrada, yet very local. Unfortunately the apartment is not maintained at all. It feels like an elderly couple passed away, the apartment was bought up, minimum of furniture brought in and then rented out for profit. Apartment suffers from ants. Lots of them. They easily come through the rotten floor boards with big holes in them. The old cupboards smell of mothballs. Master bedroom bathroom has holes where there used to be spot lights. Balcony door is broken. Handle comes off. Lock falls down so it can’t close. Balcony could be great. Even has a view of the top of la sagrada, but just comes across as average with its old furniture and no sun umbrella. With proper maintenance, better beds, nicer furniture, this could be a top end place worth the listing price. We are glad we got a hefty discount. Yet still I would have preferred a hotel.
