It’s well equipped for a family or group of friends who are looking for a homey stay in Moalboal. Sardine run and swimming with turtles is right in the front! Restaurants, bars are just few steps away and yet this place is in the quiet and secluded side of town. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this property. Living room and bedroom in the ground floor is airconditioned. Tv and wifi provided. The 2nd floor is non - aircon. Kitchen equipped with Refrigerator, cook top, coffee machine, water kettle and rice cooker. Bathroom in the ground floor has hot water. Bath towels and bed linens are provided. Paid parking is available very near the house on first come first serve basis at 150 pesos per night. Wifi signal is intermittent inside the house, you may move the device around the house to get better reception.

The house is incredible and have the best view for the sunset ! You can literally see turtles and the sardines in front the house. I recommend this place.
Das Haus ist stark renovierungsbedürftig. Die Küche war so schmuddelig, dass wir sie gar nicht benutzen wollten. Die Bilder versprechen einiges mehr. Trotzdem kann ich das Haus empfehlen. Wir haben uns - trotz allem - sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist irre gemütlich. Die Lage ist großartig.
Logement annoncé pour 8 avec 2 chambres et 2 lits mais 1 seule en réalité. L’étage sans climatisation, ni volet (plein soleil a 6h) sert de dortoir pour 6 personnes à même le sol… dommage pour un logement qui se veut de se standing mais Marns nous a dédommagé pour reloger certaines personnes qui n’arrivaient pas à y dormir. Emplacement parfait et au calme, tous les touristes viennent voir les sardines juste devant la maison car c’est le meilleur emplacement ! Salon et terrasse très agréables avec de magnifiques couchers de soleil. Idéal pour 1 couple mais tarif très élevé pour 1 seule chambre.
Excellent stay in a great house! Private access to the sea to swim with sardines and turtles ❤️ we did it every morning. Wonderful sunsets as well while drinking cocktails ❤️ Life as its best 👍
