Jacky was very responsive to our inquires. The apartment is in a good location but in an older building. We enjoyed walking to the beach and to Old Town. The mattresses where hard and uncomfortable. The pullout couch only accommodated one person. The locks where difficult to operate . The showers had some mold and the niche had standing water in it that did not drain. The master bedroom had a terrible odor for two of the six nights. We would not stay here again.

Jacky’s place was amazing. Modern and in a great location with a short walk to both the beach and the mariner. Jacky (king of albufeira) was a wonderful host who has arranged this apartment to the highest standards and was even helpful arranging airport pick up, beach towel hire etc. If you are looking for a modern apartment in the heart of old town I could not recommend this place enough.

This is a modern American style apartment. The description and photos on the site were accurate. The balcony has good views of the ocean. There are 3 air conditioning units which are important in the summer. There a good restaurants in walking distance. Plenty of parking. Jacky is an amazing host. My son had mixed up the dates when booking the apartment and Jacky worked with us to fix things. He met us on arrival and gave us a tour of the apartment. He also provide excellent recommendations to some less touristy restaurants and activities. Jacky was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. If we make it back to Algarve in the future, we will not hesitate to rent from him again.
