The structure is located in the so-called Baluardo area, bordered by the ancient Genoese fortifications of the fourteenth century.
Just outside the structure, climbing a staircase through the alleys, you can reach a suggestive belvedere with a view of the sea and the other villages.
The marina and the bathing area are close, walking 2 minutes on foot.

The train is the most convenient means of transport for visiting the Cinque Terre and the train station is about a 5 minute walk from the apartment.
The town of Manarola is a restricted traffic zone and, if you travel by car, for parking it is possible:
- arrive at Manarola by car and look for free parking along the provincial road Litoranea, located before the residents' parking (delimited by bars and access cameras). Pay attention to the vertical parking signs as the horizontal signs are missing;
- arrive at Manarola by car and look for a parking space in the paid car park, located before the residents' car park (limited by bars and access cameras). It is not bookable;
- arrive in La Spezia by car and look for parking at the La Spezia Centrale railway station, to reach Manarola by train. It is a convenient solution because the train arrives in the town center.
From the car park at Manarola to the town center it takes about 10 minutes walk. To return to the car park, it is possible to use a paid luggage transport service.
The docking of the ferries that connect the Cinque Terre, especially in summer, is about a 3 minute walk from the apartment.
