Mark was a fantastic host! the place was magical indeed....the doors stayed cracked for endless beach waves....I couldn't sleep once I left my brain was wired for ocean waves moving forward.....Highly recommended if you can get in.

This condo provided the PERFECT winter beach getaway! Clean, stunning sunrise views, beach access just next door, lovely whirlpool tub. We cooked a lot and can attest that the kitchen has everything you need and it’s so helpful to have Winn Dixie and a liquor store right across the street. The outdoor pool and hot tub are nowhere near being done (they haven’t even started working on it) but that didn’t spoil the awesomeness of this place for us!

Mark's condo in Daytona Beach Shores was fantastic. It's almost impossible to find a 3/3 place on the beach. The weather wasn't that great, but that's not Mark's fault. The pool and pool deck were unusable due to a hurricane last year, but again, it was not Mark's fault. We found a lot of things to do locally, and our time there went too quickly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to feel pampered.

Everything as described and as expected. Clear instructions, seamless check-in and check-out. Beautiful ocean facing unit (both east and south facing views!) and a great location to enjoy the beach. Highly recommend e-bike rental, super fun! Mini golf literally across the street, excellent facility. Grocery store very close.
