Pao’s condo is really nice, the condominium is placed in a really chill and quite neighborhood. Far from traffic and busy areas, there is public transportations nearby like bus and bts station, about 10-13 min walk. And the room is neat and feels like home, it has everything you need for daily life, I stayed very comfortably here and i had no complaints. It a studio apartment with separate bathroom, balcony and kitchen all equipped. For washing clothes there’s a building downstairs where it includes coin based automatic washing machines, it takes an hour and half to wash 10kg of clothes for only 80baht. And the condominium offers pool, gym, coffee shop and a mini convenience store.

First of all this place was great. Comfortable. Kitchen on the outside balcony makes sense. Host was super responsive. This may not matter for you but the biggest issue is distance to BTS station. It’s a 15+ minute walk. Grab cars not always available. If you have your own car/bike or you’re cool with riding on back of a motorcycle, this will not be a problem for you. Some times of day the guards will drive you to main road in a golf cart for only 20 baht. Gym was not good for strength training. Treadmills were popular. Pool water was surprisingly cold but I got used to it. Convenience store on site a nice plus. Limited selection though. Washing machine on balcony doesn’t work but the listing says that. There’s shared laundry next to convenience store and that worked great. Peaceful surroundings.

The building and unit were very clean. Pao was extremely friendly and helpful with with all my questions. Check in was super easy and straightforward. The unit was stocked with everything you need for day-to-day living. Bed and pillows (my favourite!) were extremely comfortable. Location is walkable to the BTS station with available mototaxis at the gate if you don't want to walk. Great local restaurants just around the corner and close proximity to a few shopping centres and grocery stores. An all around great stay!

Pao was great. The place looks just like the photos. It's comfortable and spacious enough. The only problem that came up was the internet was slow. I reached out to Pao and she immediately fixed the issue. I'm very happy with my stay. Thanks Pao!
